Review Excerpt: This addition to the Need For Speed series takes a new approach, recycling some classic gameplay. It combines attributes of earlier titles (Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted) and lets you play as either a racer or a cop. The point system is based on how well you drive. The points you gain from completing goals and races can be used for upgrades such as new cars and features, which are all purchased at the hideout (for racers) or command post (for cops).
